Recruiting Agreement

Exclusive
May not recruit for or engage other recruiting firms to recruit for the same job(s).

Cancellation
May cancel at any time in writing with 15 days of notice.

Guarantee Period
1 Day.

Payable
Net 5 days.

Contingency Fee
19% (based on 1st year salary, excludes other bonuses or forms of compensation).

Client Candidate Ownership
Within 180 days from Recruiter Submission.

Recruiter Candidate Ownership
180 days year from date of submission.

Late Payment
2% interest per month.

Guarantee
If candidate leaves or is fired prior to the completion of the guarantee period, Client will receive a non-expiring credit to be used for a Replacement or Another Job Requisite.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Chicago, IL, Cook County (to protect Recruiter from non-payment).
