Retain our search expertise to leverage your time & confidentially recruit exceptional individuals for your company hire.
  • Each full-time employee’s hire is backed by our Employment Guarantee Period (you choose the length)
  • Placement fee commensurate with length of employment guarantee length, exclusivity, and retainer
  • Retained recruiting option reduces the placement fee.

* Employment Period Guarantee – Minimum length of employment before the retained recruiting contingency fee balance is due

Retained Search Options

  1. Monthly Retainer – Monthly retainer, total monthly balance applied toward placement fees, when fees paid exceed total annual payment, no monthly fee is due until next calendar year, unused retainer balance expires annually
    (non-refundable, if payment has been made and guarantee employment is not completed, a non-expiring hiring credit will be applied to your account which can be used toward monthly retainer)
  1. Retained Search – Estimated 1/2 of placement fee due upfront as a deposit, balance due upon the completion of Employment Guarantee period
    (non-refundable, if payment has been made and guarantee employment is not completed, a non-expiring hiring credit will be applied to your account)

Exclusivity Options

Exclusivity is on a per-job basis and can be changed as needed.
  1. Exclusive – Exclusive means that only BR will recruit for the job. If client hires the individual directly or through the assistance of another agency, a placement fee is due. By choosing exclusive terms, the placement fee is lower.
  2. Non-Exclusive – Non-Exclusive means that the client or another agency may recruit for the job, in addition to BR. By choosing non-exclusive terms and having the flexibility of hiring, the placement fee is higher.
